In the dark and cold bedroom, the curtains were tightly drawn to prevent light from passing through, the vanity mirror and full-length mirror in the room were smashed to pieces, and the floor was covered with glass;
The girl with disheveled hair covered her face and murmured nervously: “This is not my face…it’s not!”
Under the shadows, her face was horrific, half of which could be vaguely seen as a young lady with bland features, but the other half had loose skin and looked haggard as if wearing a layer of an old mask.
This was exactly Sun Yun who was backlash after the life-changing spell failed.
Her face changed suddenly.
At that time, the family was eating at the dining table, and her parents were discussing how to ask Elder Chen to find a way to find a new body for his son so that he could occupy the house.
Sun Yun, who was typing and chatting with the school grass, felt a burning pain in her cheeks and covered her face with a scream.
Mother Sun screamed in fright when she looked at her: “You, your face?!”
She saw that half of Sun Yun’s face melted and loosened in just a few seconds, which was very frightening.
Now they all realized that something bad happened to Elder Chen.
“Something must have happened to Xiao Sheng. Didn’t you find that Elder Chen? Find a way to look for him!” Mother Sun slapped her husband sharply, “My son has suffered so much. If I can’t find him, I cannot live!”
The family was in a panic, but they had no time to care about Sun Yun’s face. They were busy going out to find their son Sun Sheng.
Seeing the change on her face, Sun Yun was heartbroken. She screamed and smashed all the mirrors in the house, and shut herself in the room.
“Change back…Hurry up and change back!!” She rubbed her cheeks, suddenly thought of something, and hurriedly picked up her phone to send a message to her parents: “Dad, find me another master, and find someone to exchange life for me! I don’t want to become like this!”
She was immersed in the collapse, but she didn’t realize that the temperature in her room was getting lower and lower, and the surrounding was getting darker and darker. When she shivered from the cold, she suddenly came back to her senses. She realized that she had goosebumps from the cold.
The room was very dark, and she couldn’t see her fingers. Sun Yun began to feel scared: “Mama Wang? Mama Wang, I want to drink water!”
The helper didn’t respond to her, she fumbled to turn on the bedside lamp. Finally, there was light in the room after a ‘click’ sound, but it was not the bright incandescent light, but the cold moonlight.
Sun Yun suddenly found that the environment around her had changed.
She was standing on the roof of the teaching building, with the crescent moon above her head like a bow and the wind gusts. She could fall straight down if she walked two steps forward, and there was a large puddle of dried blood on the ground at the bottom of the building from above.
Sun Yun suddenly remembered. This was the building where that bitch Peng Qiaoyuan committed suicide!
At that time, the tragedy of her body and the blood clots on the ground were photographed by students and posted on the school forum to spread.
Thinking of the experience of being haunted by a ghost, the already emotional Sun Yun’s psychological defense completely collapsed: “You think you can scare me? Bitch! I have enough money in my family, and I can find the best master to beat you out of your wits… “
“Really?”
A faint voice came from behind her ears, Sun Yun turned her head and faced a distorted face with bloodshot and scarlet eyes full of resentment, she was so frightened that her legs went limp, and she staggered and fell from the roof of the building go down.
This time, Sun Yun finally knew what it was like to jump off the building. The despair and pain of broken bones made her unbearable, but her consciousness was very clear, and she watched Peng Qiaoyuan, who had become a ghost, approach her.
Suddenly her eyes widened, and she trembled in fright because, beside Peng Qiaoyuan, several familiar transparent figures appeared one after another.
The youngest was a junior high school student, and the oldest was a servant of the Sun family in her forties. Their deaths were all directly and indirectly related to Sun Yun;
After finding this out, Gu Zhisang suddenly opened several ghost doors, summoned all the ghosts from the underworld who hadn’t been reincarnated, and asked them to settle the total account together.
The pale girl was wet all over, and her eyes were full of resentment: “Sun Yun, do you still remember me, just because I became the main dancer in the show and you didn’t, you pushed me into the lake!”
“Miss Sun Yun, I hate you so much…”
“Don’t come here! Get out! Get out!” Sun Yun broke down and cried, but could only watch the resentful ghost rush toward her.
That night, the tired and irritable Sun Family returned home after searching to no avail. Only then did they care about their daughter who had been backlash and disfigured.
“Mama Wang, where is Yunyun?”
Mama Wang replied: “Miss Sun Yun lost her temper after you left. She smashed everything in the room and didn’t let me go in to clean it up.”
Mother Sun said irritably: “Forget it, I’ll go and see her.”
When she was outside Sun Yun’s room, she knocked on the door twice: “Yunyun, come out, I saw the message you sent. Your father has already found a suitable master to arrange things for you. Mom knows you are angry, but your brother’s soul is likely to be in danger, that’s why we are so anxious.”
The room was quiet and there was no response, so Mother Sun grabbed the doorknob and said: “Mom is coming in.”
A moment later, screams sounded from inside Sun Yun’s room. When Father Sun hurried over, he saw his wife crying while holding their daughter.
“Yunyun, don’t scare mom!”
She saw her daughter’s face look like half yin and half yang. The most important thing was that her eyes were dull and her mouth was open, she didn’t respond to her shaking, she was already stupid.
Father Sun clenched his fists and roared: “Who the hell did this to my Sun family?!”
At the same time, the culprit, Peng Qiaoyuan, was currently living in the red paper figure, with her legs less than five centimeters long, sticking to Yu Tongqiu’s shoulder while watching TV.
The grievance in her heart has been avenged, and most of the resentment in her heart has dissipated. Although Yu Tongqiu and Xing Lan felt it was a pity that her life was too short, she was already very satisfied.
When the three-day appointment reached the deadline, Peng Qiaoyuan didn’t let Gu Zhisang remind her, she floated out of the paper figure.
Peng Qiaoyuan bowed deeply to Gu Zhisang and said sincerely: “Sister Sang, I don’t know how to thank you. Without you, I would not be able to avenge myself at all, and I might be found by the Sun Family and be beaten out of my wits.”
Yu Tongqiu echoed: “Yes, Sangsang, it’s thanks to you that I can survive.”
Gu Zhisang’s eyes were indifferent, but her tone was gentler: “Do you have any more wishes?”
“Sun Yun was punished, and that idiot was also admitted to the mental hospital. I don’t have anyone to hate.”
The ‘idiot’ person that Peng Qiaoyuan mentioned was their schoolmate who blatantly said that his ideal type was her.
Although he didn’t bully her directly, he knew Sun Yun’s strong character. He knew that all girls who liked him were beaten and scolded without exception, but he still said that which indirectly caused her tragedy.
In those days when she was bullied, this idiot just shrank like a turtle, and he never expressed any apology from the beginning to the end;
Peng Qiaoyuan felt disgusted and bored about this, regretted her suicide, and felt worthless for those girls who liked him but were bullied.
On the day after taking revenge on Sun Yun, Peng Qiaoyuan broke the leg of that idiot school grass, who made her a vengeful ghost.
Peng Qiaoyuan said: “If you say that, the only thing I worry about is my mother. I’m too self-willed and I’m sorry for her.”
Yu Tongqiu said: “Don’t worry, Xiao Peng, Sister Xing and I will take care of Auntie for you.”
“Thank you, Sister Tongqiu.”
Gu Zhisang said: “Since we met, it’s fate, that you still have resentment in your soul, so you will have to stay in the underworld for a long time before you can reincarnate. I will help you clean your soul.”
Resentment was a very important thing for ghosts who did not want to reincarnate and stay in the human world, but for ghosts who wanted to reincarnate, it was a weak point that hindered their legs.
There were many ghosts but there were few seats in the reincarnation pool. When the officer in charge of reincarnation arranged the time, he regarded the resentful ghosts as thorns, so they let to wait for decades;
On the contrary, those ordinary transparent ghosts have the fastest reincarnation speed.
Gu Zhisang breathed out a breath, and began to recite the Taoist “Pure Land Rebirth Mantra”, to save Peng Qiaoyuan: “May the Great Merciful and Great Compassionate Guan Yin Bodhisattva protect and bless me…”
When she recited the mantra, there was a kind of magical power in her tone of voice. Yu Tongqiu and Xing Lan who was listening on the side gradually relaxed. When she recited the mantra for the second time, the resentment in Peng Qiaoyuan’s body had already faded.

*different religion
When Buddhism travelled to China, the already existing Taoism incorporated with it. That’s how Journey to the West appeared.
