Chapter 137: Your brother received letters several times

Qin Hongfei brought someone in, whom none of the younger generations of the Qin Family knew, but it didn’t prevent them from being dazzled by Tang Jinnan’s appearance: “Sister Hongfei, why are you here? Who is this brother?”

Qin Hongfei looked at Qin Qian and explained briefly: “Grandma called us here. This is my distant relative, you can call him Brother Xiao Jin.”

Qin Qian immediately responded and shouted: “Brother Xiao Jin.”

Tang Jinnan glanced at Qin Qian, a little girl about eleven or twelve years old, about the same age as Zhou’s younger sister. He nodded his head calmly: “Hello.”

Qin Wanwan recovered quickly. She didn’t care when she heard the voice, but when she accidentally saw Tang Jinnan’s appearance, she was shocked and sighed, lamenting how blind she was in her previous life to fall in love with such a person.

Li Xianchu, and the one in front of him, whether their looks, temperament, or social skills, were far better than that scumbag.

Thinking about her blindness in her previous life, and comparing it with the situation in this life, Qin Wanwan sighed in her heart. All her choices in this life were right. See, the people around her have become much better, but it seems that the eldest aunt didn’t have such a distant relative in her previous life: “Hongfei…”

Qin Hongfei looked at her. She didn’t say anything, but there was an obvious question on her face: What’s wrong?

Qin Wanwan was used to her indifference to her, and smiled: “This distant relative, where is he from? Why haven’t you seen him before?”

Qin Hongfei tilted her head slightly and said: “I have 7 uncles and 8 aunts in my natal family, and countless brothers and cousins. Is it strange that you haven’t seen him?”

Qin Wanwan said helplessly: “I’m just asking. If you don’t want to say it, don’t say it, why are you so fierce?”

Qin Hongfei looked at her in surprise. How could she say that she was fierce when she was just telling her my distant relative?

“I’m not mean to you, I’m just answering you normally. I have many relatives. It’s normal that you haven’t seen them but don’t know them, right?”

Qin Wanwan had nothing to say, but she looked at Tang Jinnan again, making sure that she didn’t have such a person in her memory, and that she hadn’t heard of him.

Maybe he just looked a little better, so she stopped paying attention, shook her head, and said apologetically: “Brother Li, I made you laugh at me.”

Li Xianchu glanced at Qin Hongfei, just thinking that it was a child playing around, and smiled. Qin Hongfei couldn’t help but ponder, why she felt like she smelled the scent of white lotus.

Tang Jinnan silently recited the three words ‘Qin Wanwan’. He felt her name was familiar, as if he had heard them several times in Qin Yan’s letter, but thinking what happened last time. Qin Hongfei didn’t know the existence of her brother.

He walked over thoughtfully, sat down, and said: “Does she know about Ah’Yan’s existence?”

He was referring to Qin Wanwan.

Qin Hongfei reacted and realized that Ah’Yan was her elder brother, whom she had never met: “What’s wrong?”

Tang Jinnan saw that she didn’t know anything and said: “Your brother has received letters from home several times, and there were also Qin Wanwan’s letters.”

Qin Hongfei was stunned for a moment.

Qin Yun, who was looking bitter, was also stunned for a moment.

“My brother…” Qin Hongfei looked at Xia Lu’s busy figure outside the house: “Has he ever sent a letter back home? But, I heard that people taken away by the country are cut off from their relatives.”

“Originally, but the organization is not completely unreasonable.” Seeing that she seemed to be unaware, Tang Jinnan guessed something.

He said: “When they were young, they were cut off because the organization was afraid that the trainees would become dependent on their families, so they didn’t allow them to have any contact. But after the age of 15, every trainee will know his or her life experience from their professor. At the same time, they have 2 opportunities a year to send letters to contact their families during holidays.”
