Chapter 37: Breaking up the young lovers (Part 1)

The story of Grandma Yu’s son was told by Uncle Zhou. He even avoided Grandma Yu, took a step forward, and said something in a whispering tone:

“Grandma Yu’s daughter-in-law aborted the child after the accident. She didn’t leave any thought for him. I heard that it was a baby boy. At that time, Grandma Yu knelt on the ground and begged, but she refused to keep the child.”

[First-class hero, even if you haven’t heard this story, you know that Grandma Yu’s son must have made a great contribution. It’s too cruel to abort the child.]

[Generally, it’s at most second-class merit, and first-class merit is sacrificed. Oh, so pitiful, especially Grandma Yu’s daughter-in-law, she is too cruel.]

[You only know she is cruel? How can she raise a child when her husband is dead? Should she stay a widow for the rest of her life and never get married again?]

[What’s wrong with being a widow of a hero? It’s not shameful.]

[You say it easily. Grandma Yu is old and can’t help. It’s her own choice whether to have a child or not. This is stipulated by the laws of our country.]

[Some women are just cruel. The hero is the only son, so what if they keep the child for him?]

[Yes, yes, yes, we women are cruel. Why don’t you find and marry a man?]

[Absolutely don’t find a woman to get pregnant and give birth to a child for you.]

Aunt Zhou twisted her husband’s ear: “You are gossiping about this again. You are just thinking about the dead child. Our laws stipulate that children have no human rights before they are born. The priority is the mother’s wishes.”

Uncle Zhou said: “Xiao Chu, our country has all these regulations? And the regulations are so detailed?”

Chu Tian nodded: “Yes.”

At the same time, he praised Aunt Zhou: “Aunt, you know a lot.”

Aunt Zhou was a little happy: “This is called not falling behind the times. I have nothing to do and read popular science on the Internet.”

Uncle Zhou sighed: ” That’s because our country’s regulations are not good. In such a developed country like the XX country, some places still don’t allow people to have abortions, saying that the fetus also has human rights. Some women still have to march and protest to fight for the right to abortion.”

Aunt Zhou said unhappily: “You are a jerk, and you still say that the XX country is good. If the XX country is good, why don’t you go to the XX country?”

Uncle Zhou patted his chest: “I am a Chinese citizen, both in body and soul. I will not only be a Chinese in this life but also the next life.”

[I don’t agree with what my uncle said before, but I agree that it is good to be Chinese for lifetimes.]

[My stomach won’t let me be a citizen of another country. I will always love the food of my flower-growing country.]

Chu Tian couldn’t help laughing. Seeing someone in the barrage explaining the abortion policy of the United States, he said, “The XX country does have unreasonable regulations. They even forced girls under the age of 14 to be a mother, they are not allowed to have abortions.”

Uncle Zhou’s eyes widened. He had a round face to begin with. Now that his eyes were widened, his round eyes, round face, and round head were quite comical.

“There’s something like that? You can’t have an abortion even if a little girl is pregnant?”

Chu Tian nodded.

Uncle Zhou sighed: “So our country is still good. I said it early on, I am a Chinese citizen, both in body and soul. We have gone too far, let’s talk about Xiao Rao. She refused to keep the child at that time, which is a thorn in my heart.”

Aunt Zhou looked at the endless chatter on the barrage, and the scolding was quite ugly, so she said: “Don’t listen to my husband’s nonsense. The old lady didn’t kneel at that time. It was Xiao Yu’s comrade in the army who knelt and begged Xiao Rao to keep the child. Xiao Rao is Xiao Yu’s fiancée.”

“Xiao Rao is in poor health, and this child is a bit of a burden on her. In addition, Xiao Yu is gone. No one can help her. She only wants to give up the child after comprehensive consideration. Grandma Yu doesn’t like to talk about this, but some people know about it. I was there at the time, so I know it.”

Uncle Zhou still said: “I saw someone on TV who had cancer and insisted on raising a child. Can’t Xiao Rao overcome the difficulties? And there is support from the army. ”

Chu Tian didn’t know that there was this inside story about Grandma Yu’s daughter-in-law’s abortion. He also felt that it was a pity that the child was gone, but as Aunt Zhou said, living adults were more important.

He said, “If you are not in good health, you really should not have children. Otherwise, if the mother dies and the child is left alone, it is not good for the child, because both the mother and the father are gone.”

Uncle Zhou whispered: “She has her parents and the army…”

“Have you forgotten that Xiao Rao’s parents are against Xiao Rao and Xiao Yu getting married? How could they help? It is indeed possible in the army, but wouldn’t it be pitiful if the child lost his parents? Xiao Rao considered it carefully and didn’t want the child. The old lady didn’t say anything, but you guys like to gossip and say that the roots of others are broken. You guys can’t have children, so don’t worry about other people’s wombs, okay?”

[Yes, yes, yes, that’s right. I was watching a documentary about childbirth. There was a woman who was desperate to have a child, but in the end, the child was born and she died. Now her husband has abandoned the child in his hometown and remarried.]

[People need to think about themselves. Our ancients said that if people don’t think about themselves, they will be punished by heaven and earth.]

[The front man kept calling the woman cruel. I wanted to confront him a long time ago. The child’s life is important, but the woman’s life is not?]

[I support Aunt Zhou. Men cannot have children. Please do not think about women’s wombs. If you can’t stand women, I sincerely suggest not to marry a man. Just go for a man-man love. I strongly support it.]

[The law stipulates that the right to reproduce belongs exclusively to women.]

Aunt Zhou heard Chu Tian’s words, and then looked at the barrage, nodding frequently: “Yes, yes, there are still some young people who are more open-minded and can understand some of the situations of women. At that time, Xiao Rao discussed it sincerely. Grandma Yu hated her poor health. Otherwise, if she could help her daughter-in-law, she could keep the child. It’s all in the past, don’t mention it. Xiao Rao has his own life. It’s good enough to be able to come and see the old lady when she has nothing to do.”

Chu Tian realized that the middle-aged woman with short hair he had seen before was his Uncle Yu’s ex-wife.

Uncle Zhou couldn’t help but interrupt: “If there are difficulties, just overcome them. Besides, in the documentary you mentioned, that the woman had cancer, but Xiao Rao didn’t have cancer, so it can be overcome.”

“You are just a nitpicker. I have already said that I have considered it carefully.” Aunt Zhou couldn’t help but twist her husband’s ear fiercely: “Why are you still arguing here? And these are all old things. Don’t talk about them anymore.”

Uncle Zhou hid quickly. He hadn’t talked about this for a long time. He saw someone in the live broadcast room asking non-stop, so he couldn’t help but say a few more words.

Although Uncle Zhou’s words offended some people, his appearance of holding his head and running around was very funny, and many people laughed.

  1. They dont even actually care abt human life, they just want to have control and superiority. Why dont these yappers care about existing orphans, unsupported teens, or single mothers? Not to mention the context of victims and health complications.
