When he heard that his son couldn’t walk for more than a month because he was pitted by someone, Wei Yucheng was very angry. He was embarrassed to get angry in front of Lin Qingyin, so he just yelled at Wei Xun: “Why do you eat everything? Who did you go out to eat with?”
Wei Xun hesitated for a while, then said hesitantly: “I just went to a small restaurant with two friends, we’re just trying to taste something new.”
Lin Qingyin suddenly smiled: “Well, since you don’t want to tell the truth, I don’t care. I’ll only take responsibility for curing your legs, you can handle the rest yourself.”
“Hey, don’t, master, you save people, please save him until the end. I’ll interrogate him well, and let him tell the truth.” Wei Yucheng quickly bowed to Lin Qingyin: “Can you help us heal his legs first?”
Lin Qingyin took out the prepared yellow paper from her bag and drew a formation on it, and then folded it into a small paper bag. Shang Jinghua saw that this talisman looked different from what he saw before, so he couldn’t help but be a little curious. He came closer to see what this was used for.
Lin Qingyin asked Wei Yucheng to hold Wei Xun’s right foot and lift it up. While she took the soft brush close to his leg and brush something off gently into the paper bag as if there was something in there, then set it aside.
Lin Qingyin picked up another piece of talisman paper and made it into a small paper bag, but when she looked up, she found that Wei Yucheng was still holding Wei Xun’s right leg. She waved her hand casually: “That leg is alright now, change to the other one.”
When they heard that Wei Xun’s right leg was cured, the two of them were stunned. Shang Jinghua stepped forward and patted Wei Xun’s leg: “Hurry up and try it out.”
Wei Yucheng quickly let go of his hand and saw that Wei Xun’s bent right leg straightened normally.
Wei Xun cried out in excitement. He was a 1.8-meter-old boy who had been lying on the bed for a month. He faced hope many times but ended in disappointment. When Wei Xun felt desperate, he can’t wait to find a high place and jump down to end his life.
He didn’t expect this young fortune-telling master to cure his leg so easily. This kind of happiness came so suddenly, that he didn’t know how to express his joy except by crying.
“It’s too early to cry in happiness!” Lin Qingyin gave him a disgusting look: “Don’t you still have another leg?!”
Wei Yucheng quickly picked up his son’s left leg and watched Lin Qingyin also brush something down into the talisman paper bag. Wei Xun moved his left leg a bit, and sure enough, he could move it.
Wei Yucheng’s eyes were red, and his heart which had been suffering for a month was finally relieved. He was so excited that he couldn’t wait to call the whole family to share the good news. Wei Xun had already jumped off the bed, he didn’t bother to wear his slippers, he ran around the room twice with bare feet and even jumped twice. He was finally cured and got away from the shadow of paralysis.
Lin Qingyin took a new piece of yellow paper and wrapped the two yellow paper bag with it and put it into her schoolbag. She glanced at Wei Xun, who was hopping on the ground: “Come back and sit, it’s not over yet!”
Wei Yucheng took Lin Qingyin’s words like an imperial decree. He quickly pulled his son back and pressed him on the bed, and asked Lin Qingyin cautiously: “Master, what are we going to do next?”
“Bend his legs.” Lin Qingyin picked up another piece of yellow paper and draw a talisman for each of his legs with cinnabar ink, then stuck it on his legs: “Let this talisman paper stay like this for 7 days before you wash it off, otherwise, the root cause of your leg pain and soreness will remain.”
Wei Yucheng looked at the bright red rune on his son’s legs. He knew that there must be an inside story about his son’s inexplicable paralysis, so he quickly asked Lin Qingyin for advice: “Master, what’s wrong with my son’s leg?”
