Chapter 82: Zou Ning (Part 6)

Zou Ning and He Zhenwei talked in detail about the whole story of asking the master to do divination. As a result, He Zhenwei directly ignored Lin Qingyin’s age and respected her very much.

The visiting slip that Zou Ning stole contained the name of the mental hospital. He Zhenwei also checked the information of this mental hospital yesterday and confirmed through some channels that Shu Ran was indeed there.

The guards in the mental hospital were very strict. They checked the visiting slip as soon as they walked in. When registering, the three of them were stopped again. Fortunately, He Zhenwei’s momentum was very strong. He has this aura that he can’t be offended by. He raised his eyebrows and showed an angry look on his face. The staff in charge of identity verification didn’t dare to ask more, and obediently let them go… …

Who knows if Zou Hai still has some conscience, or he was afraid that being too harsh to Shu Ran will make people notice something. He designated Shu Ran to the VIP ward, with one room, one living room, and one bathroom. Although it was much larger than other wards, Shu Ran’s activity space was only 40 square meters, so she can’t get out of the room.

He Zhenwei looked at the locked door. His eyes turned red in anger. He tried his best to control his fist. When the staff opened the door, he glanced at the time in his watch blankly and said: “You have half an hour to visit. Please pay attention to time.”

Zou Ning didn’t say a word. After closing the door, he didn’t dare to take a step. He was afraid that the person he will see was not his mother. He was afraid to see his mother crazy. No matter which one will it be, it was both difficult for him to accept.

Lin Qingyin stretched out her hand and took Zou Ning’s arm, then dragged him through the living room, and opened the door of the room. On the white bed, a gentle-looking woman was lying on the bed with her eyes closed. Because of her inability to move all year round, her skin was a little loose and pale, and she looked very haggard.

Zou Ning walked carefully and knelt in front of his mother, then put his hand on the back of her hand. Seeing that his mother who he thought had passed away was still alive, Zou Ning could no longer suppress his emotions and buried his head on her arm and cried bitterly.

Zou Ning’s crying awakened Shu Ran. She pulled her arms back in a panic, but when she saw Zou Ning’s face clearly, she suddenly cried, “I don’t want to dream Ningning, I want the real Ningning! I want the real Ningning!”

“You’re not dreaming mom. I am here.” Zou Ning held her hand tightly: “I’m here to save you.”

Shu Ran was stunned. After a long time, she carefully stretched out her hand and touched Zou Ning’s face. Her tears fall like beads.

The mother and son cried while hugging each other. Lin Qingyin was not idle either. Although she was not a doctor, she could see the problem in Shu Ran’s body after seeing her appearance. Although Shu Ran came here healthy, she had mental and physical problems because she had been locked up in this room for three years and the hospital had given her some “treatment”.

Now they must restore Shu Ran’s spirit and body to health so that Zou Hai can’t convict her.

Lin Qingyin didn’t stand aside at this time. She walked over and pushed Zou Ning away, stretched out her hand to put an amulet to Shu Ran, and then held Shu Ran’s hand.

The spiritual energy penetrated into Shu Ran’s body and moved from her palms. The spiritual energy quickly repaired her muscles and nerves, and in the end, moved to her brain, nourishing her brain.

Although He Zhenwei couldn’t understand Lin Qingyin’s treatment method, he could judge that Lin Qingyin’s treatment was indeed effective after seeing Shu Ran’s improvement that the naked eye can be seen.

After 10 minutes or so, Lin Qingyin let go of her hand. Shu Ran, who was somewhat confused, finally recovered her senses. Seeing her crying again, He Zhenwei walked over and rubbed her hair, and said softly: “Shu Ran, don’t be afraid, brother will take you home.”

  1. I’ll never understand how someone can be so cruel to another person. Wealth and fame can be acquired with enough hard work and persistence. If you can’t acquire something honestly then you were never meant to have it in the first place. Committing evil deeds out of envy and greed are ultimately futile in the end.
Both fame and wealth are fleeting in the long run since life continues on even after your human self has perished, be that in the eastern form of reincarnation or simply thru the decomposition of your body into nutrients in the soil that nurture the grass that grows above your grave. Why worry about what others have that you do not or cannot have in your current life when you can’t take it with you into your next. Smhtbhfam, I just can’t comprehend such things. :^/

    1. temptation and greed is just so powerful that they think they can’t do anything to stop it…
and this is were bad parenting and bad society comes… in short bad influence…
maybe they grew up watching others being like that so they were mold into like that…
…I can’t explain thoroughly hehe do you understand my point?…

  2. Anyone who’s interested in psychology know that mentally ill patients has some “lucid moments” (in which they’re perfectly mentally normal). Just because some patients seems to be mentally normal at time, the doctor wouldn’t instantly concluded that s/he was mentally healthy/cured and allow her/him to go home. In addition, this sanatorium has been deliberately giving her “treatment” to make her a real mentally ill patient. So, aside from curing her physical and mental health, what more will they do to take her out of the sanatorium in just one day?
