Chapter 8: Vision

Therefore, she would never live such a miserable life, nor would she let herself fall to the point where everyone could step on her. Could it be that in this world, if she left the pharmaceutical industry, she could not find other ways to survive?

She would not be like that “self” in the dream, cowardly and depressed!

An Yan couldn’t help knocking her head when she thought of her ending in the dream.

“My head hit the door, how could I have such a dream?”

Just then, the door of the ward was pushed open, and a female nurse came in. Seeing An Yan who had woken up, she smiled happily.

“You finally woke up, how do you feel? Is there anything wrong with your body? From last night when you were sent to the hospital to now, you have slept for more than 13 hours, and I was just about to wake you up.”

“Huh? What’s wrong with me?”

An Yan’s mind was still immersed in the scenes flashing in her mind. When she heard the nurse’s words, she was still a little slow to react and asked subconsciously.

The nurse asked gently: “Don’t you remember what happened on Jianshe Road last night?”

“…….”

An Yan lowered her head slightly, rubbed her temples with both hands, discarded the dream fragments in her mind, and recalled seriously.

Jianshe Road?

Yes, that’s right, she seemed to have saved someone last night.

After she left the party, she was ready to walk slowly along the street scene and walk all the way home, but she didn’t know that an accident happened.

The reason why she walked home was to appreciate the scenery along the street, so her eyes were always looking around, but she didn’t expect to see an amazing scene.

In front of her, less than five meters away from her, the bright sign hanging on the second floor was shaky and about to fall, and there happened to be a female customer standing at the door of the store below.

What was even more frightening was that An Yan watched the sign fall off the wall with her own eyes. At that moment, she didn’t care about anything else. After shouting “Be careful”, she had already rushed up.

But she remembered that when she pushed the woman forward, she heard the sound of the sign hitting her back, which meant that they had successfully avoided the falling sign.

So why was she in the hospital?

An Yan frowned slightly, and couldn’t help but think carefully about what happened last night.

What about after that?

It seemed that at the moment she fell to the ground, a cluster of dazzling golden light suddenly bloomed in front of her eyes.

“I remember that I saved someone, and I was blinded by a burst of light, and then I lost consciousness. Nurse, is there something wrong with my body?”

Losing consciousness inexplicably reminded An Yan of the scene at the end of the dream where she suddenly fell ill and died tragically.

Seeing that An Yan’s consciousness and reaction were very clear, the nurse smiled instantly: “Don’t worry, you’re fine.”

Then, the nurse patiently answered the questions and explained the doctor’s diagnosis and instructions to An Yan in detail: “Maybe you had a sudden change last night, and you were too emotional, so you fainted. The doctor said that you should have a good rest.”

However, at this time, An Yan had no idea what the nurse was talking about and stared at the nurse with a pair of eyes in shock.

No, to be precise, she was looking at the position above the nurse’s head.

An Yan was stunned and couldn’t believe what she saw.

Is she suffering from sequelae of the fall? Or is there something wrong with her eyes?

She saw a palm-sized three-dimensional peach heart above the nurse’s head, and this peach heart was light red, standing steadily above the nurse’s head.

This picture was incredible no matter how you look at it.
